So, in conclusion, if you are some kind of freak who enjoys been beaten over the head with a stick or kicked in the nuts repeatedly then go ahead and buy this software because once you install and run it then that is how it will make you feel. i have just paid for a crap piece of software and its down to me to fix. Tried at least 3 times to get help from tech help but all i got was an email outlining several steps I should take which were so technical and baffling i gave up. Some of the features don't work (forget the f11 start up rescue facility, that just turns my screen black and hangs the computer). It takes an age to back-up my ssd (90mins to back up just 202gb of data). The program is slow, processor and ram hungry when running. So when i was forced into buying new recovery software it was a natural decision to choose the 2021 version, a no-brainer!!!. Since then, untill windows updates caught up with it and refused to run or install it this year, it had been my 'go to' software for system recovery. First let me say i bought this software way back in 2010 (CD ) and it was brilliant. We have been in the IT industry for OVER 26 years and have few companies treat us like this. Be aware, the support you will receive is almost absent.
It is sad a LARGE company like this takes your money and doesn't care after that. Due to my wasted time babysitting the product I asked for a refund. The product has been failing for 3 months and they fix it for a SHORT period of time then it goes back to not working again. Out of 4 months I've been with them I have had limited to NO response for help from the company. Acronis support is lacking or non existent.
